I had a fantastic time at...

I had a fantastic time at Camelot last week. The low numbers on the review merely reflect how a DC club rates next to the rest of the country. No LDs in DC so it's a little unfair to compare it to clubs outside of DC, but that's the way it goes since the ratings are compared nationally.

Anyway, no cover, bouncers are nice. Layout of the club is a victim of the space, long and thin with a stage in the middle. The club was fairly empty so my buddy and I were seated right next to the stage which is elevated about 30" off the floor. I was with a an old friend I hadn't seen in a while, so we were mostly interested in catching up, having a few beers and looking at some girls and Camelot was within walking distance.

The dancers have always been great looking at Camelot. Most if not all were naturals, danced fairly well and whenever they made eye contact, returned a smile. It looked like they were enjoying themselves, even though there were only a dozen or so patrons in the club. They all came by after their dances to chat, collect a tip and say thanks.
