Visited the club on Friday night...

Visited the club on Friday night around 10:30pm with my wife. Took a cab from the city which gets pretty costly at $40 plus each way, but wanted to drink so was necessary. Our cab had a bit of a time finding the entrance (frontage) road but did eventually. It is a pretty dark little road and rough as hell. My wife was second guessing our choice by this point and a little uncomfortable. The club however is well lit from the outside and we were greated by a well dress doorman upon arrival. Cover was $20 each so we're up to $80 plus and haven't even entered the club yet. Before entering I got a frisk by security "Police" (what his vest said but he was just a security guard). This guy was decked out like he was ready to join the Swat Team for a full out battle and yet again my wife is questioning our choice. After my patdown we entered the club - apparently women don't carry weapons? The club was very clean and well lit but music was loud as hell. Wait staff and bouncers very friendly and make you feel welcome. Mix is not cheap but the BYOB is a plus considering these crazy rules about drinking and nudity. When we first arrived there were around 15 customers in the place, a mix of men and women. It appears like this club is a local hangout for some couples. We sat and drank and watched the stage for quite awhile. Girls ranged from very attractive to not, into putting on a good stage show to not. All were natural which was nice. One girl had a smoking body but no breasts to speak of and a couple of others were a little out of shape. After about 15 minutes a young lady did stop by to say hello but it was a little to early for us to yet want a private dance. However, an hour passed and no one other than the waitress bothered to talk to us. The bouncer did stop by to ensure we were comfortable and we asked him if any of the girls liked couples. He said he would have some stop by which he did. The first was the girl with the flat chest and not really our type and the second was not doing it for us either but we then reconnected with the first lady that stopped by. She brought us up to speed on the lap dance costs but we when we asked about the VIP rooms she seemed surprised - as if due to the cost they normally did not get much use. At $200 for 1/2 hour this is almost a bargain compared against say Vegas. We went back and the room was nice, got to see another part of the club not in use - this place is huge and again it is very clean. The young girl was very good and liked paying attention to my wife but did not forget about me. We had an excellent time and my wife asked for another 1/2 hour. When I paid for it I asked the bouncer to arrange a cab back to the city and it was waiting for us as requested when our second 1/2 hour was up. So this club was a good choice for us and we had a great evening.
