Arrived here on a Saturday around...

Arrived here on a Saturday around 6. Actually a little before. Didn't think anything of it until the guy running around the place told he'd have someone on stage shortly. They don't open til 6. $6 to get to the club side. Because they allow 18 and over they can't serve alcohol in the club area so you have to drink in the bar and make trips to the club or vice versa. The only to move between the two areas is by going outside to the next entrance. A little wierd especially since this applies to the dancers as well so they walk outside bare-assed to go to the bar. Apparently this club is a late starter. That sucked for me as I was just passing through on the way to Nashville and had a few hours to kill. I wouldn't call the place a dump but it is certainly in need of work. There is a bathroom on each side, M/F so you better knock! No door locks or even latches. Dances were $20 and 2 for 1's were always there for the asking. This was probably due to the fact that I was the only there for a couple of hours. In fact, the first pair of dances happened before the first dancer hit the stage. There was a fair grind to the dance but you're sitting in a large two level area with short booths and cameras everywhere. Later on the big bad biker bouncer shows up and hovers over you with a clipboard! The action totally hands free. On the other hand, you are likely to end up with a panty-clad crotch smothering your face at some point. This is undoubtedly a better experience in the beginning of the night. The dancers were mostly college cuties. GIRLS with great bodies and no idea how to use them. There a couple of older ladies showing some ware and thicker than the others but with far more personality. There is a fair amount of hustle. I was continually asked for dances until they got the hint. I was there for dances but I like to see her dance first. I don't throw money at every girl that leans over and asks. Shortly into the evening they stopped the stage dancing all together and about 6 or 7 gathered on the stage and spent the next 2 hours practicing pole moves. I felt like I had snuck into a closed cheerleading practice as I sat there un-noticed. I can see having fun here but you gotta get a dancer that wants to please a customer. I get the sense that regulars rule here and they aren't even thinking about getting into it until at least 11pm. I couldn't wait that long. I got dances from two good older ladies who were interesting and two young girls who wouldn't look me in the eye. Start out in the bar and let one of girls convince you that it is worth your time to go next door with her.
