This place has all the characteristics of a dive bar, but with the addition of naked women. It seems to be a popular place with the locals on Saturday night. I arrived on a recent Saturday after midnight and the place was packed.

There's a typical bar space in the front of the bar and a dance room in the back, separated by a curtain and a pay station to collect the cover charge. Cover was $7 which gets you a wrist a band to get to the back. A bottled beer was $4. In the back, there's a small square dance floor in the middle of the room. There's room for about 4 seats per side and every stageside seat was taken. There are a few bar stools with tall tables around the perimeter and they were pretty much full too.

Dancers on stage did multiple songs (I didn't count how many), ending up fully nude. Tips were offered by all the barside patrons which were met with much hot interaction from the dancer. One girl I saw ended her set with a huge pile of singles which she raked together when she exited. I'd say it was easily $50 in tips.
