I walked in here around 11...

I walked in here around 11 PM on a Saturday night- just left a work related party in the Penthouse on top of the Palms and was feeling frisky and stupid. After paying my stupidity tax at the door, I was immediately frisked by a couple of unbelievably aggressive Russian Dancers. I literally had to grab my wallet in my suit jacket pocket to keep them from grabbing it- after a couple of dozen "no thank yous'" to "Oh private room, sexy dance!!!!" pitches while being mugged, I correctly gathered that the only way to lose them was to hit the pee trough.

When I slunk into the club proper, it was pretty much as expected for a Saturday Night, with no place to sit, and only a couple of places to stand. I camped out near the bar for a half hour waiting for a seat to open up somewhere, and was never approached by any other dancers (that's never happened in previous visits) and never saw a seat open up. After that didn't work, I toured the other performance areas looking for a seat, or at least a place to stand. Didn't see either, and didn't really see anyone that I'd pay money to see naked. (That's never happened before here, either)

Some nights I guess I'm just invisible- after another hour of the same (I didn't even get asked for a drink by the servers), I headed back to the Palms and wound up having a great time with a saleswoman who was much better looking and fun than the contractors working the Rhino.
