What everyone says about Tootsie's is true. Its absolutely huge, a former Sam's Club if I recall, and very easy to get lost if you are trying to get there as a new vistor. I went this past saturday, the day before the Super Bowl and there were at least 100 girls on tonight, and all of the were busy. The girls ran the full gambit from 5's to 10's, as they say, something for everyone. Tonight they had both a feature (Carmen Hart) and were showing the UFC fight, so it was abnormally crowded and cover was 12 instead of the normal 10. No place to sit and it took forever to get drinks, didn't matter if it was at the bar or through a waitress. Getting to the girls, I got two lap dances while I was there, 25 a song for full contact. While getting my dances both dances offered the full menu for between $$$ and $$$$ ($$ to $$$ to the girl and $ to the house). When I turned the first girl down she continued to give me the most generic dance, and also had the nerve to take a call on her cell. (which was in Spanish and being fluent in it I knew she wasn't having the best night.)

The second girl really started to negotiate the price with me, down of course. She drew the line at $$$. My friends were offered the same menu with similar prices with the dancers they got lap dances with. Considering none of the 4 of us shared a dancer and each had between 2-3 different girls dance for them, I'd say that the full menu is standard.
