It had been a long week...

It had been a long week and decided to do a mini road trip down to the casino. Had a nice dinner and before I hit the gaming tables I decided to stop in to see if there was anything going on. This was around 9:00 PM, well there was not. This January has been one of the coldest in a while. They have finished the remodeling of the front (I think). But the entry way needs some more work. The bar looks like to could fit into a corner of Studio 54 in its hay-day. Which is a lot better then it was for sure.

The bar tender was in a bikini but sat next to a portable heater that was on the corner stage. Did not get charged a cover with my first drink. After about 20 minutes, another, I guess, bartender shows up and chats with the other one for about 10 minutes and then leaves. By this time there are half a dozen guys in the joint. Still no dancing, even on the bar. So about 10:30 the movie I was watching on the big screen TV behind the bar was over I decided that was time to go.

Good choice, I made about $250 at the tables after I left there. I am thinking it was the single digit temperatures that were keeping any other women from coming out, but I guess they made enough before New Years to last through January?
