My friends and I have been...
My friends and I have been to a few of the clubs in the Chicago suburbs, so we decided to check out Blackjack's on a Friday night. From the outside, the club didn't look that big, and the parking lot was fairly small. Before entering the club, some guy was waiting in a truck and collected $3 for parking. On a Friday night, cover was $15 and there was a 2 drink minimum per hour. Inside, it wasn't that big, and a bouncer sat us by the stage. Drinks were moderately priced. It was about 5 bucks for a beer. There was no DJ in this club. Instead they were just blasting the audio from the MTV2 channel. The music literally jumped from rap to boy band pop to techno. I wasn't really feeling the music of this club.
There was only one stage and about 10 dancers working on a Friday night. I would say there were only 2 or 3 hot ones. The rest were mediocre and below. It was a pretty ethnically mixed group of girls as well. The stage dancing started off in bikinis, and then they finally took off the tops. Underneath the top, all the dancers were wearing pasties, which was kind of a let down. The dollar tricks were pretty weak at this club too. There were times when the dancer didn't even make contact with the guy and was already asking for the dollar. The sign said the lap dances were 30 bucks a song. That is probably one of the most expensive prices I've seen in the area. I didn't even bother getting any dances after seeing the type of dollar tricks the girls were giving.
Overall, I didn't really have a good time at this club. It was fairly small and the prices were pretty expensive. I doubt I will come back. Next time if I want to go to a strip club, I'd rather travel the extra couple of minutes to Diamonds or Heavenly Bodies.
