So after my quarterly pilgrimage to Bass Pro Shops to spend obscene amounts of money on hunting/fishing gear and gimmicks, I decided to continue the spending spree at the Wild Orchid Cabaret. Unfortunately, no so such spending took place.

The club is actually a nice place, well kept and orderly, with polite staff and cheap (yeah you heard me right) drinks. I guess that the word "cheap" is relative, but as compared to the other strip clubs I've gone to, the word is accurate.

The problem is the contact level, or lack thereof, of the dances offered AND the lack of attentiveness by the dancers. Now, let me post the disclaimer that I'm used to clubs in south Louisiana..where nakedness and high contact are fairly easily encountered. Up north, the dancers are more "covered" and the grindage is severely lacking, evidently that translates into less money and less motivated dancers.

Soooooo, if you're looking for a "nice" strip club (oxymoron?), visit this club..I promise that you won't catch anything in the bathroom and you'll drink fairly cheaply.

As for me (being the strip club gnome that I am), I would have rather bought more Beetle Spins and #2 steel shot.
