I had not been to Tootsie’s in awhile, so I thought I’d stop in. It was early in the afternoon, about 1:30. I counted about 20 dancers, but they seem to keep coming out of the woodwork. About the same number of customers. The dancers were a bit below the level of my previous visit. One was quite nice and I went for a lap dance with her. It was so uninspired, I left after one dance. One would think that with the number of dancers, a lack of customers, they would be more actively trying to make money. Perhaps 1:30 is just too early.
