Came here with my wife while visiting New Orleans for the New Year weekend. Found this to be a very cool and inexpensive place. There was no cover, which was a plus; there was only a one-drink minimum.
On entering, the bar area is to your right and the main stage, to your left (there is only one stage here). I got a drink from the bartender, a male who was very friendly. Wifey and I sat on the stools by the bar and watched a couple of dancers, all of whom were white on this particular night. One had highlights in her hair and a very large ass for her frame. The other was a very skinny, tall, well-toned blonde who did some amazing work on the pole (the stripper pole, not mine - I didn't have any one-on-one contact with the dancers while I was here).
As previous reviewers have mentioned, the hustle factor is next-to-zero here. There is no dollar train from what I can tell. There were some couples here, and the place seemed couples-friendly. Unfortunately, I can't comment on the lap dances, so I'll defer to other reviewers on that aspect. But overall, a comfortable, low-pressure place to pass some time while you're on Bourbon Street.
