This club is a huge scam! The club entrance is 5 dollars day and 10 dollars at night, however, if you're under 21 it's an extra 30 dollars and they make you wear some ugly ass white T-shirt that reads "under 21 do not serve" it's a huge scam to rake in more money by ripping off younger patrons. This club reeked of "trying too hard" they had a bunch of douche bag staff members walking around with pink button up shirts and fedoras with attitude problems. Worst of all they expect you to pay 60 dollars for lap dance where the girl wears pasties and a bottom. Can you say RIPOFF! If you're in Virgina go to Gold and Silver in Roanoke, the lap dances are 20 dollars and have 10 times more mileage then Paper Moon, not to mention you actually get to see nipples (ooh scary) and pussy.

Paper moon = watered down club that takes advantage of weak competition.
