Let me give you the lay of the land at the Flight Club so there is no misunderstandings. First valet parking only $4 plus tip. Mandatory coat check $2 plus tip. Cover charge $10 after 7pm. As far as I know the only people who work there that actually earn a salary is the chef and the bus boys. Everyone else works for tips. What that means is that you can be the only person in the place and the bouncers will not seat you unless you tip them. It is how they earn their living. So if you want to get a seat at a table or booth you need to tip. Weekdays early evening $10 should get you a seat at a table and $20 a booth. Friday and Saturday or if the place is nearly full double that. So if its Friday night and you are sitting at a booth you have already spent $56 before you have ordered your first expensive drink. Trust me you want to be sitting at a table or a booth otherwise they send up to the second floor to stand next to a rail that looks down at the stage. If you are standing up there and the place is not packed (sometimes they use it as an overflow area when full) then you might as well paint a big L on your forehead as far as the dancers are concerned. The only ones who will give you the time of day are the rip-offs and bottom feeders. The shot girls can be a royal pain in the ass. Every time a new dancer sits down with you they rush over and try to get you to buy shots for the dancer and themselves. There is two ways to handle them. Just say no to everything they ask. Eventually they will get tired and leave you alone but they may try several times before giving up for good. The other way that works for me is the first time they come over I tell them that I will buy them a shot if they promise to leave me alone for the rest of the time I’m there. Since there is usually 2 to 3 shot girls and the shots are $10 with tip your now out over $100 and you still haven’t had a dance. Drink prices are generally high but never watered down. Top notch liqueur available at a premium price. Dancers usually run from 7-10 but when you get up around 35+ your going to find a few 5-6’s. Lap dances are $25 each and songs are not cut short. Mileage is mostly high but they are always hiring new dancers and their mileage might not be up to par. Hint ask the dancer how long she has worked there. Low mileage dancers don’t last long because it costs the dancer about $120 in tip outs per shift to work there. I see many reviews that talk about a dancer called the Russian. Let me tell you that there are at least 8 Eastern European/Russian women who work there who could easily be referred to as the Russian. Some are knock outs who will rock your world others are rip-offs who will try and cheat you on the dances count. My rule is stay away from the overly aggressive ones. None of them speak fluent English so don’t expect them to sit and talk with you before asking for a dance. Don’t worry though if you’re the type that likes to talk before being molested there is plenty of good old American dancers who will do that. I’ve been going to strip clubs since 1968 and the Flight Club since it opened some 10 years ago. Bottom line this is one of the best ever but as you can see it is very expensive. My experience in life is you get what you pay for and true bargains are rare. This place is no bargain but it will deliver if you can afford to pay. Warning if you can’t afford it don’t go there or you will end up like the prior review and have a miserable time.
