I was there, the other night, during the wee hours of Saturday morning about 3 a.m. Had a decent time, though I got there very late. Yes, I love this club. And I will continue to support it. But right now I'm bothered by their new "rules." First of all, you need to understand the 'history' of this club. As far as I can tell/the way I heard it is: This past Summer 2010, the owner of this club got into a disagreement with the promoter. So they parted ways. The promoter then moved on to Club Fuegos, I heard. And many of the dancers who were at Sinsaysionals before the disagreement left with the promoter to Fuegos as well. Some of them still dance there. Now, you need to know that before the disagreement this summer, Sinsaysionals was the joint! It was the spot! Plenty of dancers, great DJ, good times. Always a fun atmosphere in the air. And each of the dancers back then gave great lapdances. Some of the dancers may have complained here and there about some of their personal dislikes with the club in general back then, but they were always smiling and happy when I saw them before the big disagreement during the summer. Ok, so after the disagreement a new promoter took over briefly. Even the DJ left to be at Fuegos as well as the Hype Man/MC who disappeared. Immediately after the disagreement, Sinsaysionals was "lost" for a brief few weeks. Meaning, a few of the regular dancers stayed behind with the new promoter; the fun atmosphere that was Sinsaysionals just wasn't the same anymore. Now, nearly 6 months later and slowly the Hype Man/MC from before the disagreement has returned as well as the regular DJ so the music is back to par. But some of the great dancers are still MIA. And that's sad. Now the thing I'm upset about is that they got 3 security dudes flashing their flashlights on you during a lapdance to check that you're not dicking the dancers (literally). I can understand that, or should I say understand the reason for that, but c'mon, this is what makes a Black stripclub BOSS! All the under-the-radar hanky panky is what gives these strip clubs repeat business. The flashlights by security has got to go. I remember when clubs used to do that in the 1990s and early 2000s. I thought those days were over. Apparently not. Well, the lapdances are still $5 on the main floor. $10 and up in the VIP. I wonder if the dancers complained to security that they want the flashlights on us johns or is this something that management thought up. We're all adults. We don't need high-school chaperones putting flashlights on us, man!!
