I have not been here for a little while, but thought I should chime in.

1) Not really private - years ago they had curtains for each room, and now even those are gone.

2) YMMV - that is, maybe you can tug yourself, or maybe you might get some extra mileage from a particular girl. All depends. Back in the day when there were curtains in the rooms, and there were really friendly girls there, you could get a LOT. Now, not so much.
