Took a trip to Atlanta and figured I would see all the hype that rappers and others say about the ATL SC scene. I picked the Wax from all the reviews and about the only on that wasn’t raided this year. This sounded like a nice club cheap dances but this club is a ROB, from the owner to the strippers.

The strippers give $5 air dances, and the ones that try to give mileage jump up at the sight of the bouncers. The bouncers roam around the club relentlessly, giving warnings to girls and patrons if there is contact. By the sounds of it the manager fines the girls if they are caught touching the guys during a dance or a guy is touching them. I don’t mean touching as in hands playing in the private regions, I am talking about her ass in your lap, hugging, kissing, groping. If the bouncers don’t catch it then watch out for the public announcement Nazi the DJ who calls everyone out for each infraction. This has to be the most annoying DJ ever. Not only is the speakers turn on to deafening but the DJ damn near talks thru every song about drink specials, dancers issues, and trying to sing along to the song but is no good. For a big city drinks are priced as expected between 5-10 for beers and shots each.

Strippers are ROBs as well. They talk up their air dances saying it gets better and personal in the 3-4 VIP rooms they have. I was a sucker and got sucked into it, figured this is the ATL and seeing all the rap videos of what goes on in VIPs hell maybe it’s true. Well I was wrong; bouncers roam the VIP as well even after I paid the club $50 to get in the VIP and $15-20 per dance to the stripper. Complete air dances in there and the strippers didn’t remove their bikinis. Well if that wasn’t bad enough the songs were cut short and the dancers take their time in starting a dance BSing around, even had one texting on the phone on my dancing dime. She had the nerve to charge me for two dances even though one dance she stood in front of me playing with her phone. I refused to pay but the bouncers threaten me because he says her doing the 2step in front of me calling it a dance. I left right after that after donating $90 to the club (20 entrance, 5 parking, 50 VIP, 15 drinks) and $72 on strippers (40 for 2VIP LD, $15 for 3 floor dances, $17 stage tips) complete waste of money and time.
