It has been a while since...

It has been a while since this Ex-President has posted a review. Tootsie's lived up to its well-earned reputation and has earned the effort to make this post. I had "slept" on Tootsie's for way too long. I never went since it is listed as being in Miami, when it is really in N. Miami- conviently close to The Hard Rock Hotel. I stayed at the Hard Rock many times, unaware that this wonderdful shan-gra-la of T&A was just a few miles down the road.
