Visted what used to be one...

Visted what used to be one of my favorite clubs in Vegas from the last several years. I gave this club a raving review over a year ago and have been back a couple times but this review is for the most recent visit about 1 month ago. This club has lost something - and I could sense it in the girls as well. Visted twice - first visit on Thursday night which is usually a perfect night for Vegas clubs. But there were fewer dancers than I expected but still close to 20+. A Russian girl that's been dancing there for 4 years sat down and we talked about her underwater mortgage. She then gave me a series of dances but it was nowhere near the same as years past. And the club management was much more closely monitoring the 3/100 area than in years past - WTF? This is Vegas - leave us alone in the dance areas. Got a few more random dances over a 2 hour period hoping things would pick up - they didn't. So - timid dances (by Vegas standards), fewer girls, and just a semi-dead feeling. Not good. Yet I returned the next evening after trying out Spearmint Rhino (ridiculous decision on a Friday night). Got in for a promise to buy at least two drinks...was going to anyway...had worked that out the previous night as I was leaving. Was about 2AM and stayed less than an hour. Overall one of my worst showings in Vegas. Very disappointed...hope it was just a bad weekend.
