I enjoy Archibald's for what it is - a good spot to relax and have a few beers watching mostly good looking dancers, 6's to 10's. You have to live with the DC rules about no lap dances. Previously I have been during the day when the crowds are light and the dancers tend to have a more relaxed interaction with me. With the Saturday night congestion, the dancers were more remote and didn't do much for their stage tips.

About half the dancers seemed new, not too exciting to watch, but the other experienced half were worth watching. Since the two stages are nestled right in with the tables in a long thin room, the best thing to do is grab one of the few seats directly facing one of the two stages. That way you really get to see the full nude show without having to pop up and down or crane your neck around.

I would certainly go back again. You don't have to spend a fortune to have a relaxing time with some fine scenery.
