Message immeidately below a bit garbled as a result of being composed on a smartphone rather than a computer. I was trying to make two points: 1. the club now has some unattractive women dancing which is not typical of Archibalds as it has generally had virtually all very attractive and classy women; and 2. unlike in the past, some of the women, in making their rounds, now demand tips and in some cases, demand a bigger tip even when tipped a dollar. Unsurprisingly, it is the same women who do not fit the typcial Archibalds mold.

Happily, since writing my last post I've visited again and things were definitely better. (BTW, they've upgraded the menu, and the food is good here.)

They just need to go through the roster of dancers and pare the unattractive ones and those who are rude. Also the dancers need to have mgmt make clear that while it is fine to go around "thanking" guys at the table and collecting dollars, pressuring the customers to tip--and even worse, when tipped a dollar, verbally or physically demanding more--is prohibited. As should be draping one leg across the tabletop while standing next to the table.
