This is an odd place to go but it is mostly because of the District of Columbia laws that don't allow traditional lap dances. It reminds me of clubs in the old days -- your only real interaction is approaching a dancer (on a small stage) and handing her a dollar.

The girls who were not dancing were sitting with customers (actually is looked like they were sitting with their friends).

That's the bad part.
