Went here on a recent Saturday...

Went here on a recent Saturday night since I was in town and this is apparently the only SC in Roanoke. Anyone who knows Virginia strip clubs knows not to expect much, but I have to say, I was pleasantly surprised with this place and could see myself hanging out here regularly if I lived in town.

The club has one main, runway-like, stage that kind of jets out and is surrounded on three sides by stools where the "dollar" tippers sit. There is an upstairs area with a balcony where people can watch the stage show below without even tipping. Also upstairs is the private dance area, but I can't speak to how the private dances are here. The only thing I can say regarding private dances is that I was never approached for a private dance while in the club, which is maybe the first club I've ever been to where the girls don't solicit private dances. I guess maybe you have to proactively seek them out? I typically enjoy the solicitation of the girls, but since it didn't seem to work that way here, I just let it ride and sat on one of the stools by the stage to take in the stage show for a good hour or two while tipping in dollar bill increments.

I have to say that the stage show here was one of the best I've seen in the 20+ SCs I've been to. On the Saturday I attended, there were 6 to 12 dancers on shift, with a new dancer being called to the stage every so often. Each dancer did three songs of their own choosing. All removed tops while dancing; some kept miniscule thongs on, some went completely nude. But what I want to say here is, unlike in a lot of places, these girls can dance! That is to say, they know how to move. They really work the stage in a fun way, and there is a certain camaraderie amongst the patrons while the stage show is taking place.
