First off, this club now opens...

First off, this club now opens earlier than 4 p.m. I stopped by at about 1:30 and they were already open, with three dancers and three customers. The club is clean inside, and the VIP room (which I checked out) has been remodeled. The area of town is an industrial/warehouse zone, but it felt fairly safe during the day. Everyone was pretty friendly, the beer was cheap and the music was good, but I found the rebel flag hanging behind the bar to be a little rude. I guess bar owners can decorate however they want, but that alone says loud and clear that black people would not be welcome there. I thought we'd gotten beyond that in America, but I'm naive.

I got dances from all three women there - CJ, Lee and a friendly blonde who appeared pregnant, but whose name I can't remember. All gave nice barside dances, but CJ was very aggressive in her suggestions of what might go on in VIP. The problem is that I found her to be the least attractive of the three dancers. I ended up going into the VIP with Lee and, while it was comfortable, she didn't really do anything back there that she hadn't done in her barside dance. Then she said she wanted a tip beyond the $35 that I'd paid for the VIP room. I probably won't be back.
