Holy crap! What a difference a...

Holy crap! What a difference a new management staff makes. I've been coming to this club semi-regularly for the past few years and it's been okay at best. This time, it was a completely different atmosphere with a boat load of changes, most for the best and the others from a business stand point.

I arrived at around 7:00 - 7:30ish and the five dollar cover charge was already in effect. Not a major upset, but something that I understand. I walk in and there are two girls on the main stage at one time. I've seen this before here, just not too often. It appears that it's going to be a permanent feature at the club. Then I noticed that the old jack ass, and mostly high, DJ is gone. In now is this new, hot, young FEMALE DJ named Maddie. No longer confined to the tiny booth behind the bathrooms, she walks around the bar talks to people, and will occasionally remove articles of clothing. Yeah, that's a plus.

I sit down barside and order a beer. Apparently drink prices went up a dollar. Again no big deal. I'm used to paying for beers in Philly clubs for an arm and a leg, so four dollars for a beer, no big deal. So, I'm greeted by one of the dancers who I have known for a while and she was very touchy. Apparently the new owners don't mind the girls touching the clients while asking for tips just as long as it's not too overt. Also, the girls can now sit with clients behind the bar on the mirrored side as well.
