I've visited this place quite a few times on the weekdays between the hours of 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm. During that time the girls are average. I've found out though that the average girls are the ones that give some of the best lap dances. You're not supposed to touch but it depends on who you get and how crowded it is. Most of them will ask for a tip (or demand a tip) and you feel obligated to do so because they either let you touch them or because they think you really enjoyed it a lot. Either way I tip them afterwards. All in all it's a nice lap dance place with average looking girls.
