Could always ask one of the ones that talked with you for an introduction if you didn't want to go and talk to her yourself. Maybe give a small tip as way of thanks. Worst that could happen is one you're interested in says she's busy. Anything worse than that and I doubt she'd be fun to be with.

Nice to know these exact timings of shift changes if you want to see both lineups while also taking advantage of happy hour/avoiding traffic. Will likely stick to daytime too but interesting to know it almost turns into a different place at night.
