They aren’t compensated at all. Dancers are usually independent contractors, and have to pay the house to work a shift (it might be different at Desire) and once you add in tips to the DJ and the bouncers, it’s a possibility she’s in the red if she has a bad day. The smarter dancers spend a lot of time at the bar with certain regular patrons because they know they it’s good business. It’s better for both parties cause if there is an agreement to the terms, both parties get what they want. It’s way better than just finding a new customers every night. If a dancer can’t get consistent regs, there is probably an issue with her or she doesn’t care.

Ignore the drama HHP and do your thing. Don’t bother to engage with them. There seem to be a group of white knights on here who come swooping in if anything even remotely negative is posted. I suspect it’s because they think they have some type of ‘special’ relationship with some dancers at Desire (they don’t) ‘but she said she loved me! And only did that with me!’ lol.
