A catch-all account

Ft. Wayne is being sued for the "pornographic nature of entertainment" and that is why the girls can't be topless. This apparently happens by the same guy every couple years. Every time the city sees the lack of revenue coming in they find a way to get out of the lawsuit, or that is what an employee told me.
