- discussion comment4 years agoCNN in TJBigFreeCaliforniaI've been to TJ 14 times or so since the "shutdown". I haven't had any issues walking nor driving into Tijuana. Coming back to California can be 3 to 5 hour wait in a car, and usually 1 hour to 90 mins walking. Most restaurants and shopping is open. Viva Mexico.
