As Warrior15 said, any bareback is a risk... but wearing a condom is like showering in a raincoat. I'm not married, no girlfriend, but still... herpes is forever and HIV, if not as deadly anymore, is still permanent and a will totally change your life. If you really trust her, great... but how much do you trust the guy who's partners with a stripper?

Love to Travel
My past few visits to Mynx have been similar -- either not enough dancers or dancers not circulating. The last I went it was very crowded and I was there for 45 minutes without a single dancer approaching me. I went up to East Windsor at Mardi Gras 2 and had a much better experience. (The 2-songs-for-$60 *IS* club policy... not a fan.)
I haven't been there since the city of Hartford started a mask mandate for all businesses, so I'm wondering what the deal is with that? I can't imagine having much interesting interaction if you and the dancer are both masked. Would definitely kill the vibe for me. Were they requiring masks?

This matches my experience there. Private dances pre-COVID were $25. I really dislike the new 2-song minimum. (The girls won't give you a different price, from what I've seen.) Many's the time that I've taken an attractive lady for a dance and found out by the middle of the first song she wasn't what I anticipated/hoped for... and 'thank you for the dance', on to new adventures. Now I have to pay for and sit through another awkward, unsatisfactory dance? It may be that with Lucky's Cabaret in Vernon still closed (anyone know more on that?) they don't have as much competition and feel they can up the prices. $30 a dance is fair, given that the mileage at Mynx is pretty good, lots of 2-way... but only available in 2-packs is lame.
