  I dance at spearmint rhino in coi so I can explain a bit. We have a quota 120 to meet that goes to club. Everything after that is split 50/50 between the dancer and the club. We keep our tips but tip out a few people and that amount varies by how well you did that day. Personally, the changes have not affected me at all and I really like working there.
