Some of them do like it. It's very narrow minded to believe that no one has any form of sexual gratification from performing sexual acts, even simulated (although not simulated as well, because it is still a "sexual act" nonetheless). Some of them enjoy the strip club setting on a weekend, making a lot of money, not having to hide themselves and be modest, which some people don't like in the first place.
Either way, most aren't paying them to enjoy what they do. And I'm sure the majority of them don't enjoy getting naked for strangers. But the people in strip clubs are willing to pay to see their parts without clothing, and that's the agreement that the strippers signed up for.
