- Richards is rising to the top.review comment3 years agoHaving been to Richard's quite a few times over the years, I'm in Richmond three or four times a year, this doesn't strike me as a "club ad" at all; all in all, it sounds about right. Richard's is a neighborhood bar, blue collar beer joint type of club with a mostly friendly group of regulars and dancers. I am pretty sure that it is the only locally owned club left in Richmond, and, personally, I like the place.
