Yeah. There was a wrapper on the floor, so it would seem someone is partying in the VIP. They have cameras ("for safety") in there and I'm sure it's hit or miss. The whole thing is odd but low key and fun.

Maybe you got the beers across the way at the store there? It's a juice bar, dude.

You must have eaten the urinal cake - that's the only remotely food like item there.
