@MissDevonshire - I wouldn't classify my experiences at The Lodge as negative per se, instead just disappointing. There is a lot I love about the club and I am not talking about the ambiance. I love teasing and suspense. I am definitely not someone who treats lap dances like a "hot dog eating contest". My point being that I don't even want the highest mileage and definitely not extras. If you could wave a magic wand and guarantee than most dancers at The Lodge were willing to do $100-150 of lap dances upstairs (for a weekly customer) I would buy a membership in a heartbeat.
A year ago I made a few visits to The Lodge and reviewed it here. Since then a few dancers on this very website convinced me to be more generous and I typically spend about twice what I did per visit a year ago. So I was hoping I was now in the spending range to have a great time at The Lodge. And I think I could just not super reliably which is disappointing.
To your specific point I apologize if I made it seem like every single dancer at the Lodge was a hardcore hustler.

One thing I forgot to put in the review is the quality of the lap dances. All of the dances I got at The Lodge were pretty bad. Keep in mind I am not an extras guy or even want the highest mileage lap dance. The dances at The Lodge were bad because all of the dancers seemed to use their lap dance as an advertising tool to sell an $800 hour in VIP. Super frustrating experience.
I spoke in detail with a few different dancers about the club. One question I asked was if I had a VIP membership and was a regular customer of theirs and spent $100 on dances once a week would they do dances with me in the VIP. Most said no to that. I think this exemplifies the problem with this club. Most of the dancers are the most hardcore hustlers who aren't interested in someone who spends a moderate amount of money regularly. They only go after the biggest fish.
After I left The Lodge on my last visit I went to Bucks and got a few dances. When I paid the dancer $100 she was super excited, happy and genuinely appreciative which really highlighted the difference between The Lodge and everywhere else.

Thanks for the dayshift intel. I have been to cabaret east a few times but never found a dancer I liked enough to get dances so I have never reviewed it. My experiences there are similar in that it is pretty dead during the day. I check back in there a few times a year looking for a diamond in the rough.

Would have been nice to know what time you went and how many girls were working. You mentioned you got a dance for $20 which is the first I have heard, previously people reported dances were $25.

@alex1234 - If you are reading this, there is a good chance your behavior is causing all of these bad experiences. You are probably putting off a creepy, grabby, or just cheap ass vibe.

Ok review, I would love to know more as far as whether the club mostly plays rap. Are the girls on the slimmer or curvier or phatazz side of the spectrum? Is this an urban stage money club or more traditional lap dances?

@John24601 - I would agree and I always want to pay fairly. However during dayshift in Texas most dancers in Texas would be super happy to hang out with you for many hours or the whole shift for the amount of money you spent. I was trying to be nice with my previous post so I'll be a little more blunt this time... you totally got ripped off.
It also sucks a doubly as although you enjoyed what you got and are OK with the expense, to anyone reading your review it actually serves to hurt the club rather than help it.

Sounds like you are really new to strip clubs. From your description you got a few lap dances in VIP for $700. Glad you had a good time but you definitely paid $500 more than you needed to.

It sounds like you are new to strip clubs. VIP areas in Texas are always almost non-private, and $350 for 30 minutes with a dancer with some dances sounds like you got ripped off.

And... you have to find a dancer that wants to do $20 dances. Some of them are only interested in whales.
