Pic is legit. It's the only place in Philly I like to go. I used to like OSC but since I saw an old dude going raw right at the bar, I have no courage to visit it again. Pic is has the the right atmosphere I like but I wish they had Latinas. Set it off was my fav place when it was dominated by Rican dancers, Now it's just a dumpster with entitled WOC girls who think they deserve $ just to sit next to you.

@Redted, There is a small bench behind atm machine, that where magic can happen with right girl. But if upstairs is open take your girl up there on the bench opp. rest room. They keep it pretty dark up there pre-covid, not sure about now.
