Good honest review. Liquor licenses weren't a thing in this place because dances felt unsafe being groped by drunk men especially if there is a private space for "bottoms off." Lots of customers come in looking to get a free show already and this was also a concern. Nevertheless you make a lot Of good points , I don't think this club does well because it's as you said it doesn't fill in a niche not filled elsewhere. I sent you a Private message with more info.
