Which City is best for extra's

Providence, RI is a good one. At one time hooking was legal there and the strip clubs became whore houses. Its technically illegal now but still tons of stories about virtually every club.

Don't get it ...

You got it right. Service sucks, dancers don't circulate, and the general quality is mediocre. Either other reviewers have never left their own city or are complete shills.
