back in the day it was the club.. best looking girls and wild.. some great close up action on the main stage and full out debauchery. It was fun and it was a BYOB back in the day.. The girls had a blast and made big bucks.

All I will say is .... if you put the time in and attempt to get to talk to them as people, there are still plenty of targets of opportunity. It is called relationship building.. Don't approach them with " do you do Extras in VIP".. Some of us "older regulars" figured this out a long time ago. Sure there are some who will approach you and straight up offer.. and can be expensive.. .
Much cheaper in the long run.

no.. extras are always available.. for handys to fs.. no one hassles you.. booths with half wall about 3 ft high.

a little FYI... during the day, depending on the DJ.. if you go back and he just started the song .. he will restart it from the beginning and it will count as a full song... especially if another girl is back there... they also charge the girl too.

total bs review.. all the lap dances are done in the VIP room.. there is no longer a separate VIP >Champagne room since early last year.

No need to type slowly.. I can assure you I am able to read and my comprehension is at least at your level and above.
I am a regular visitor here since my return to Fla. but I am also objective.
I agree..
It is a poorly managed and misses many money making opportunities.
Waitress service is very hit or miss unless you know them and even then can be iffy.
Bartenders are slow and lazy.
Dancers are lazy.
Cubans are money mercenaries.
After 7 pm I am a ghost due to the culture and demographic shifts you have described.
Problems:
Dancers are independent contractors and run their own business subject to certain club rules.. So if she want to be lazy, sit with regulars, or hide out in dressing room.. not much can be done. Many will dodge the stage rotation by waiting to do a VIP when it is her turn. Some are more concerned with drinking, eating and hanging out than maximizing opportunities.
Cocktail service and bartenders are slow and lazy most times.
At night there are huge culture and demographic changes and it sucks.
Cellphone are problematic everywhere but also a tool they use to drum up business.
The top talent has enough regulars it is very hard to get on their "list" without multiple visits or just plain luck, or a very slow day.
Working with dancers is like herding cats.. very frustrating for many in strip club management.
DJ's usually suck
Shift change does often result in empty stages which violates Mgmt 101, just like slow drink service.
You also have the ongoing battle between clean and frisky dancers.
Positives:
Good food
Cheap drinks
Best Daytime club in Jax.
Dayshift girls are much different.
and regular status helps.
But it is still easy to find opportunities for fun for non regulars.
It is not a "ShowClub /ShowBar. it is a local bikini / strip bar.
Yes I do wear shorts, Golf shirts and no flip flops.. Dancers like the soft shorts.with easy access...lol
The problems you have described are present in every club I have visited on the east coast from RI to Fla. both in local and chain type clubs. Like you I also do not care for some of the competitor clubs for many reasons you describe. I am not a shill for this club or any other but have learned that for me and many others that this is the most reliable and consistent local club.
The emphasis is on local.

maybe that is your problem.. you want me to blow you.. you are at the wrong "type" of establishment.
As far as "lame advise".. I am not the one having trouble.. in a club full of ladies who earn their money by providing services..
So.. look in the mirror.. I am willing to bet you have the same issues wherever you "club". If you can not get one of the Cuban "want to Dance" girls, you must have issues.
Dancers are not the smartest or best business people. Most are lazy and chase easy quick dollars. The ones that hang with regulars do so because of guaranteed money, drinks, food, drugs or all the above.

Stop your damn whining and grow a pair... I was there and left at 7.. Plenty of talent available. Get up off your ass and go ask for the dance. Most will be happy to go VIP.. Unless you are a creepy, dirty, stalker type. Yes some girls sit with their regulars.. and they are being paid to sit.. but they can be approached during stage rotations and most regulars will understand and let them pick up the extra quick income.. act like a gentleman and be respectful.

She has micromanaged the place down in sales where she now has control.. lol... The original pay per dance ticket system and higher shift fee was for new dancers who could not afford the flat rate structure that the
Elite Girls were grandfathered in on when the structure first changed. It gave them a chance to make some money till they built up the customer base..some girls would quit because they came up short on their fees or the club let them run up a "tab" and they could not pay.. Meanwhile the MoneyMakers figured out that the diminishing profits they made from doing lots of dances was not worth the effort and only the club was winning..She also could not figure out that the girls were the attraction.. not the club.. The #'s of repeat and new customers that girls like London, Corine, Chloe, Mandy, Kendra, Calie, etc and the monies generate was taken for granted..

Darlene... haha.. part of the issue is the payout structure for the dancers. Not sure what it is now but when it was changed almost 2 yrs ago it became a problem for all the old dancers who were on a flat rate. The new program required all dancers to get a "number" and subject to a pay per dance schedule. Along with that the fee per dance went up. That lead to many dancers not doing laps and then only doing VIPs. Then MGMT got wise and jacked the VIP rates and the cycle continued. The flat rate for the OG dancers allowed them to make money and incentivized them to do dances. The per dance schedule along with the higher shift fee made them lose money and many would quit or just get paid to Sit with customers and avoid all the fees. If the dancers can not make money, not only will the good ones leave.. but you can not attract new ones. And if the Dancers are not happy.. The Custies are not happy.
IMHO.. it was this money grab that started all of this.. I have see this happen in countless clubs where MGMT gets greedy and then the Dancers figure out a different way to make their money... and the cycle repeats.

Info I have is from "mgmt" also.. they are tight on money. Renovations took too long based on hiring friends. plans were still to redo rest of club..
But all his clubs are up for sale..
And they were running ads for auditions the day of the Pre opening

well said grandmoff. your "rant" is on point.. too many low class losers ruin thing for everyone.. also tipping a dollar does not allow you to do a full cavity search on stage.. I actually saw a former popular dancer plant her stripper heal upside a guys head who had tried to grope her.. damn near knocked him the F out and everyone else cheered and clapped.

now on stage mostly tops on,, but still lots of girls drop the tops for last song or major peaks..
