Yes it can be on the pricey side on a weekend evening. And yes, anyone hitting an ATM in any strip club has to expect exorbitant surcharges. There is a Santander bank right next door, $2.00 surcharge. There is a Wawa a couple of blocks down 38th St, no ATM surcharge. Hit the club on a weekday afternoon, no cover charge to enter, and often no cover required to enjoy a private Billy Joel concert.

Generally the only customers this place gets are out of towners who see the bright lights and don't know any better, or people barely legal making their first ever strip club visit. All of whom have not had a chance to learn what a waste of time and money any visit ultimately turns out to be. Save your money and spend your time pretty much elsewhere. Club Risque, about 1/4 mile north, or Cheerleaders, about 2 miles south, are much better nearby options .

Awesome review. I have not been there in ages either but by the sound of things I need to make a return visit soon. Perhaps I will check this place out rather than Purple Orchid next time I suffer a through dry run at Oasis.

Great review but dude, you totally caved on that 60 bucks thing. Highway robbery. I would have told them something along the lines of "Look just go on your way and I won't mention to teh mnager that you offered to fuck me in the champagne court for $600! "

They not only need to promote themselves as another club; they need to re-invent the club completely. The fully clothed girls business model worked when there were services available in back. It's totally done for now. I would suggest making it a private members only club, charge an annual membership fee, keep it BYO and allow the dancers to get topless or even naked if they choose. I am no lawyer but my understanding of private club regulations is that this would be totally within the law. They could never go back to being the brothel it once was. That's out. And they would have to be strict about disallowing any bar side quid pro quo conversations. But it seems to me as though they could make it a much more attractive place to visit and spend money if they tried something completely new to this area.

I am wondering if this is the same Candace (dark hair, great body, has been around for years, in many different clubs, used to dress up in the hottest ever motorcycle jacket among other things.) She used to always take tare of things quite handily in back, never knew her to be orally available. I might have to make a return visit soon.
