<p>A fairly good list althought most of if should be&nbsp;already common sense and/or courtesy.Also lest drop 7,8,10 and to some extent 9( wanting her is a given&nbsp;and most of the time saying it tells her you would spend more than you would).Lets treat them nicely and never forget that it&nbsp;IS a business transaction (sorry shes not in love with you!).Tip well is right especially if your coming back.</p>
