Club 390 is fun, but it's pretty far south of the city. Good stage shows, choice of $20 or $30 lap dances (bikini v. nude), expensive VIP where what you get depends upon who you're with.

I don't know about $5K, but the real estate market in Harvey is more like dirt poor Alabama then Chicago, so it could be for very little.
