Exactly my experience.

I think you're missing one thing, though. I think I represent a fair number of your "Everybody Else" customers who go to a club with significant money in my pocket, find all the decent looking girls just hanging around with their "regulars," and leave with that money still in my pocket. I can't count the number of times that it's happened...
