Dick, I assume you are joking... Dudester, Down's syndrome is not what happens when a mother takes aspirin. It is a chromosomal disorder caused by the presence of all or part of an extra 21st chromosome. You don't get an operation to "cure it", but maybe an operation due to a complication of it.
