My favorite thing is the 'showering of $$$' which is more for effect than amount. Get 20-50 ones and through them from balcony above stage or 'deal the bills like a deck of cards'! It's fun at really exciting for everyone and you will get a lot of attention! Usually comped drink by manager and a hord of girls hugging you. Have fun.
