Lets be honest. Some do suffer due to dancers. I am a very happily married dancer. I love what I do, thats why I dance. But I have personally witnessed dancers who try to destroy marriages. One case stands out in my mind. A 27 yr.old dancer,divorced with 4 kids,and living with her mother met a new customer. It was his first visit to any strip club. He came in VERY drunk and was having trouble in his marriage. He made good money and was attractive. This dancer did all she could to steal him from his wife, she got his cell number and called him constantly untill the wife caught on. After the cat was out of the bag, the man decided he loved his wife,and was going to raise his own children,not hers. She tormented his wife with phone calls for months, and continued to call him even though he told her he wasnt interested. I dont know if that guys marriage made it or not but I do know he's not with her. True story. Dont get me wrong, I know alot of wonderful girls who dance because they enjoy what they do, but guys be careful. I'm sure this girl has destroyed alot of marriages. Thankfully she no longer works with us, but I heard shes working in a Ky bar somewhere. Its dancers like her that give the buisness a bad name.
