I am older also and have been a regular at a number of clubs for many years now. I only recently joined this site but don't hold that against me.When I was in my 20's I worked at a club as a bartender and got to know quite a few of the dancers. Back then it was mostly girls whose bf's where in motorcycle gangs or girls who only liked girls.The women who danced did it for $ to buy drugs and for the most part were , obviously, not the type of girl you would bring home to mom, Today, things have changed and so have I-Ienjoy every second I spend in the clubs and I have met some wonderful and beautiful women.One girl asked me why I frequent her club and my response was simple and true. Where else can I go and have a beautiful 22 year old sit on my lap for such a reasonable rate? She has been my friend and more for the last 4 years.

I have been asked that question by a few dancers i.e. what if your daughter was a striper ( I have 2 )? My response is simple -I would be disappointed since I have spent/invested so much in their educations.

I agree with Yoda. In New Jersey whether a club is topless or not is governed by the ABC-if you serve liquor you cannot be a topless club or you run the risk of lpsing your license. If it is a juice bar or byob you can be or rather topless is tolerated. CD"s etc. seem to vary from town to town as to how much is allowed. The whole point of this is that it is not so much a conservative/liberal issue but rather how the local polticols are feeling the heat. If the press wants to make an issue of it then all of a sudden our hobby feels the heat. If the local polizza and politicols frequent the place( and this shockingly does occur) then all is well. Both liberals and conservatives are always fond of naked ladies dancing.
