Something changed for the better in the last year because the place was packed. Yes, it was a Saturday night but I haven’t seen the parking lot full in my previous fall visits to Bend on a Saturday. There was a cover charge, higher than in the past, I think $8, but she was counting out my change in singles too fast to watch the bills and her boobs at the same time. No changes to the layout inside. The bar was three deep with customers and all the booths along the side were filled with customers and chatty dancers. It has the same open “private” dance area with a guy keeping a close watch. Three stages, good lighting, and they had a dancer at each. Nearly every seat was filled and tips were flowing. One lithe blonde I was watching must of raked up $80 off the floor from her two song set. There were at least a dozen good looking dancers to keep everyone entertained. Dancers ranged from 6s to 10s, mostly white. They offered good interaction with guys at the rail, leaning back on them, pulling faces between their boobs. Music was the usual strip club rock playlist, and the DJ wasn’t too obnoxious. It’s the only club in Bend so it’s definitely worth a stop.

Bend is a wonderful place to visit and am outdoorsmens dream, but lower your expectations considering were 3.5 hours from any metropolitan area. I've visited Stars about 5 times over the course of several years and each time it left me yearning for Seattle or Arizona clubs. Day shift girls are pretty average, even paranoid. I checked my phone for texts while sitting at the stage and got yelled at by the dancer on stage. VIP area was equally blue balls inducing. This has to be the most conservative club I have ever visited but perhaps I need to gain trust. If you're in Bend, it's all we've got and beers are reasonable prices, so not a bad place to kill a couple of hours.

Stop by on a Tuesday night. The club is attached to an adult store and shares a parking lot with a Motel 6. When I pulled in around 9, there were only 2 other cars in the parking lot. Should've just turned around. I went in despite my better judgement. $5 cover to get in and they scan your driver's license. The inside looked like it used to be a restaurant in the 90s and they installed a pole in the middle of the floor. Drinks were above average price, but they did have a couple of local craft beers on tap. There were supposed to be 8+ dancers on shift, but only 4 showed up for their stage dance. All in the 4-6 range and mostly out of shape in the mid section. Got a dance from a blonde dancer. The lapdance area is not private. Also the door guy/bouncer/manager(?) was standing next to us and looking over my shoulder the entire time. It was rather uncomfortable. Will not go back.

Only Club In Town - Bend is a Great Town, and Stars is Worthy of a Stop while Passing Through or on Vacation - Not a Place I'd be Stoked on to be a Regular Custy Though I get to Bend about once a year to see friends (Bend is a great town, tons of breweries, cool people, the mountain biking is amazing-this place is Disneyland for mountain bikes if you know where to ride, and the snowboarding is great when Mt. Bachelor has powder). The friends I stay with don't club and I sneak away for an 11 PM to 2 AM shift once per trip, usually on a Saturday or Sunday, so this review is for the occasional weekend night experience. The girls are 6's to 8's. I'm pleasantly surprised with the quality of the talent in light of Bend being a small town - 75,000 people, and entire county's population is only 175.,000. (I club in SF Bay Area and occasionally in SoCal, and there's always hot girls at the right places because the talent derives from such populated areas.) It must be weird to be a dancer in an area where the opportunity for anonymity can't be great. There's a lap dance room to the right of the front door that has several chairs - there's no real privacy and the bouncers cruise by more frequently than anyone would like. The mileage here is low. Most reviewers will say it's all air dances all the time and that can be true, but if the girl takes a liking to you, decent touching is achievable in the private dances (it helps to be fun or at least act like it). The right girl will watch for the bouncers, shield you from sight, and say OK go for it. Can't remember her name, but she is the 5'7" voluptuous blonde with large spectacular naturals - if she were at a club in SF I'd seek her out. The one to not get suckered by is the hot, short skinny blonde who will sidle up next to you at the rail and through vigorous flirtation encourage you mightily to spray the stage with your handful $1 bills. She is management - don't be suckered. Side entertainment of the evening was the dude at stage gesturing with hands throughout the songs like he's a rap star. Sorry pal, you're not OG and the silly display was not increasing the level of female attention.

Some buddies and I were spending the weekend in Bend and stepped into Stars hoping to experience the same quality of ladies as the other location. We weren't disappointed. When we walked in we noticed dancers on 3 stages, all nude and very sexy. We sat close to the stage furthest from the door and enjoyed quite a show from the hottie on stage. I was planning to tip ones but hadn't gotten change yet, so I put $20 on the rack. This girl must have been really happy about it because she didn't just show me the outside of her pussy, she showed me the inside too. Let's all her Pinky. After the stage set, Pinky joined me and proceeded to drink the night away. In between drinks, I purchased dances for her, during which she showed me more of her namesake. It was a fun, memorable night but I left $500 lighter than when I came in.

I've visited this club many times over the years, primarily because there is no other choice in Central Oregon. Older building with run down exterior and dated interior. It is kept very clean indoors. Hours start at 11:00a.m. Mon-Sat and 4:00p.m. Sun. Video gaming is available. Two different areas for private dances, one more private than the other, but cameras everywhere. Shower show area, but I've never seen anyone use it. Numerous TV screens around the main area of the club, usually running various sports shows. Pretty good liquor, tap and bottle beer selection at reasonable prices. Food in the evening is outstanding. They have a chef, who just completed culinary school, and he is amazing. Cover charge starting early evening is a bit stiff. I want to say it was $6-$8 maybe based on the day, but would have to confirm. Bar staff and cocktail waitresses are very friendly and talkative. Music is combination auto DJ and live DJ and usually very good selection of songs that aren't abbreviated. Now for the entertainment. I normally go early afternoons. This is where this club is severely lacking. Frequently have been greeted with an empty club and the bartender with not a single dancer to be found. Sometimes one girl at 2:00p.m. and maybe one or two more showing up at 4:00p.m. It's pretty remarkable how few new faces ever appear in the afternoon. Same faces for years, with a couple in there forties and fifties, nice and friendly, but come on, this is supposed to be a strip club. Private dances run $25 in the area near the DJ booth and $45 in the back. I've asked about mileage a couple of times and the dancers admit there is really not much of a difference with the exception of maybe a little boob rubbing on your face. Touching is not permitted except for arms and thighs down. As mentioned before, cameras everywhere and in the evening, bouncers hover over the private dance area. Depending on the dancer, maybe a brush of the leg against your lap, but that's about it. I remember talking to a guy visiting from PDX, who has a lot of club experience, and he said the Stars in Bend is the most conservative club in Oregon. Evenings offer more dancers and the quality goes up, but the mileage doesn't change. Also, confirm the price of a private dance as I've personally been upsold on more than one occasion. I'm not exactly sure why, I believe Bend is pretty conservative in a lot of ways and they have to be careful for fear of LE repercussions. The Fan in Redmond, when it was open, was a lot more liberal. For that matter, the Salem Stars has more contact, but still not as much as some of the Portland clubs have to over. Would love to see another club come to Central Oregon, but outside of Deschutes County. All you guys on the west side of the Cascades, thank your lucky Stars!

Nice club, but on the quiet side on a Friday afternoon. They had a nice selection of local microbrews for only $5 a pint. There were only two dancers on at the time I visited, around 2 PM, and probably 10-12 customers. It was interesting that most of the customers sat at the bar and then when the dancer they liked when on sage they would head for the stage side seats. The two dancers did get fully nude by the third song and put on a good show. I did not see anyone get a private dance, nor did I see any dancers ask for private dances. This may change as it gets later in the evening. I would stop in again if in the area for the good beer and to enjoy the view, but I would not go out of my way for this club. There was no cover in the afternoon.

This is the only club within 2-3 hours of the area, so it's the best you're going to get if you're in central oregon. Others have said it's similar to the Starz clubs elsewhere in the state, which would not surprise me, although I've never been to those. I've been during mid-day afternoons and weekend evenings. Either way, it's not that much fun. Dancers are decent looking, solid 6-8's, but pretty stand-offish. They mainly stick to the stages (there are 2) and hang out in the smoking area out back. They seemed to get along okay with the smokers from what I could tell. It's more of a look, don't touch kind of place. They do lapdances but the several I got - both the $20 version and up-sell $30 for the "VIP area" were not worth it.

The club has a sign on the road and shares a building with an Adult Store. The club entrance is on the south side of the building and not well marked. Once inside, you walk right to the restrooms, or left to the stage and bar. No girls were dancing when I entered, so I pulled up a stool to the bar. The bartender (blonde, thick, but not fat) asked me what I wanted and I told her I was hungry. She gave me a menu and I ordered the $5 chicken strips and fries as well as a tap. They had a small selection of bourbon, so I ordered a beer. I noticed she was also the DJ and the cook. There were two dancers: an older, thin lady with bolt-ons and a younger, all-natural AA. Neither was dancing and they said they were waiting for customers. After a few minutes, the crowd grew from two to five and the AA got up to dance. They had constant problems getting the electronic DJ to work, but everyone seemed to understand that they weren't going to make any money at the stage anyway. I ate my chicken and fries, which were hot and excellent for $5. When the AA finished her two songs, she disappeared to the dressing room. I wanted to talk to her and waited till she came out about 10 minutes later. I hoped she would talk to me, but instead she pulled out one of those cat-hair removal rollers and began to roll her whole wardrobe. Since the bartender wasn't much for conversation (the patrons were trying!), I left. I noticed one man came, ordered a beer, took a sip and left a dollar before leaving within 2 minutes. I would not come unless I were in Bend. If Portland is within an hour or two of Bend, I would take the extra time and visit one of the Portland clubs.

If you've been to the Beaverton or Tigard Stars locations, you know what you're in for. It's more of a Vegas lounge style than other Oregon clubs, but it isn't like you're going to wander into a den of 10s. Pretty good stage show, with a couple nice blonde spinners that weren't shy about spreading the goods. I did get a private dance that wasn't bad, but far from two way contact. She was nice enough, clearly playing her way through the offseason at the mountain. I will say the girls were plenty chatty without too much hustle. Drinks are spendy, even for beer. I'd recommend loading up before you get here or it's gonna cost you. Not a bad stop if you're in Bend. Your options are pretty limited for clubs down here.

The neighborhood and exterior left a little to be desired. But once inside it was seemed safe and appeared to be a decent clientele. Typical 90's strip club style, small main stage with seating right at the stage. Couches and chairs were a bit further back. No one was sitting at the stage for the most part. The few guys all were hanging back and would occasionally lay some $1 on the stage. Music is about what you'd expect. There were around 10 girls on shift. They each rotated to the stage for about 2 songs and then roamed the floor looking to give VIP dances. Girls were pretty chill and not to pushy. Bar service was good and the waitress pleasant an a looker. Girls were a solid 6-7 for the most part. One lady by name of "Portland" stood out. She was a curvy blonde with large natural breasts. Got a private dance and she was good at her craft. I'd say if you like this body type and big breasts she was an 8. Most of the other ladies were thing to very thing and didn't have a lot of curves. Over all a good experience and I would go back.

Stars Cabaret in Bend, is like their other places in Beaverton, Tigard and Salem. The places are all nice with full bars, usually better than average dancers and are much more like "gentlemen clubs' rather than just a tavern / bar with a small strip stage. I recommend any Stars if you have a small group and especially if the guys want some eye candy. The dancers are not all hot but as a group, overall they usually are much better than average. Private are dances are still a disappointment and are on the lower end of the contact scale, even for Oregon. I consider them air dancers. Occasionally a dancer runs her hands across you but it is very tame. The worst part is that a bouncer is always present which really puts a downer of the experience. I haven't seen any lap dances here that includes any grinding. So my rating reflects the dances... While other places in Oregon have loosened up there lap dances this Stars still is conservative.
