I never went here when it...
I never went here when it was Cabaret Azul, but I did go when it was all nude and called the Rumper Room...I don't go all nude very often because I don't get much mileage out of those places. It is now called Locas and I went there one early evening to see what it was like. The girls were decent looking, but there were no oustanding dancers. One or two were bigger girls...I like bigger girls on the stage, but not on the floor of private dances because they don't get around as easily. There were a couple of spinner types, one white and one Black who gave me floor dances. The Black girl put her pussy in my face and let me have a little stinky finger. The white girl let me touch the goods and really rubbed my dick, but she only had a few moves that opened her up to me. The white girl turned out to be a psycho while I was talking to her, so I will have to remember to not talk and let her rub on me. The black girl wanted to meet later, but it was the beginning of the night and I did not want to wait all night for her. The other girls were good looking on the stage, but there were not to many tippers and the stage show left something to be desired. The girls were willing enough, but too many black girls for me as I like them Hispanic. While it sounds as if the experience was bad, it really just left a little something to be desired. I think if they had a day shift, the dancers would be better. But, overall a good experience and I would go again if I were in the neighborhood and had time, but I would not go out of my way.

Locas Show Club (Old Rumper Room/Divas...
Locas Show Club (Old Rumper Room/Divas 1 and Cabaret Azul) My interest in strip clubs has be getting less but wanted to check out this new club which I had not been to since December 1996 (enjoyed older Jenelle) when it was Rumper Room. It was in my view about the worst club in Phoenix, very rundown and owned by a "Joan" who was terrible I was told to work for. She had inherited from husband who died as I recall and also owned the old "Show Club" on E. McDowell (now a gay strip club). Then I heard someone named Scott managed it. It is a bit far from me in North Phoenix but I first checked it out on Friday around 7PM. There were 3 guys by the door but only 5 cars in the lot (including by the Water fill thingy.) I really didn't want to be about the only customer so didn't go in. Returned at 12:30 AM Saturday night/Sunday morning. A few more cars so I decided to go in. 2 guys at the door, I joked to the "greeter" I was way over 21 (more like 60) and asked what the cones were blocking the parking immediately in front. He was friendly and said it is for VIP parking as the place gets full as an "after hours club" whatever that is :) I gasped that the entry fee was $20! But includes first drink (which I declined and could care less about). WOW! They have gutted and totally redone place.. well since 1996! Looked very new, remodeled clean. The blue strobe lights get to be a annoyance for old Dave after awhile and the music as usual is about 50 db too loud and mostly rap noise - Old Dave more a Bach classical fan :) There were 2 customers besides me and far more staff and hostesses and only two dancers. But both dancers were very attractive to me, slender African Americans and seemed friendly. In the 45 minutes I was there the customer base almost doubled to about 5 at the peak, and some of them were obviously friends of the "wallflower" gals in more normal dress, that were hostesses, drink girls etc. The two dancers rotated between themselves and sometimes an empty stage waiting for the other. All the gals were attractive and friendly. One "customer" stood a long time near the front with a greeter guy talking and once kissed him so I think they were friends ! I did get floor $10 dances from both dancers (Bianna?? and Hazel) Fairly good mutual light contact and very nice bodies... Hazel was more shake rear in your face with high vibration type. Both a zero on my intimacy interaction/response rating but nice. Approach the usual "wanta dance?" and intro and "how are you".. But the blare of noise as in most clubs too loud for much real conversation. In the 45 minutes I was there only saw 1 other lap dance and the guy was totally non-touch by him (hands at side entire time) which was not my interest, but mine were a bit more interactive but nothing like certain other clubs. The what I assume was the VIP next to the DJ booth had mirrored walls behind and a maybe 3 foot wall directly off the regular area. VIP is $20 per the dancer who offered it. Until it gets its liquor license approved by the city some of the stage dancing is nude. There seemed to be no clear break between stage songs, but seemed like a usual 3 or 4 song routine length and maybe one is nude. All the rap noise kind of runs together with no song break that I could tell. The dances I got did seem about the normal time for a song. Without song breaks dancers started whenever you agreed - no waiting for "next song" since all run together. The two dancers carried "buckets" with them which you put the $10 into and into which they collected any tips from stage. You can tell the dancers vs other gals, by their buckets with money they carry like a purse but much bigger. Kind of like Kentucky fried chicken bucket size - although I haven't seen them in years. Actually not that far fetched an idea - with tiny bikinis (which I like) not much room for a dancer to "stash the cash". Earlier I did some research and found that the phone is listed to Platinum X Entertainment LLC and just registered as an Arizona corporation in December 2011 with Charles F. From Temple. They ran ads for dancers with this phone, I think on backpage. It's liquor license application has been submitted to the city and has a last date to protest was 3/20/12 and will be on the Agenda to approve or not 4/11/12. Conclusion, a nice clean modern hang-out bar with good looking dancers if you groove rap or whatever the music was. Probably if you were a regular could have good friendship with gals/dancers. Hopefully new dancers will also be as attractive as the two working tonight. The $20 entry fee is a bit much especially if no free coupons from the Internet are available like some of the other clubs.
