Xotica is now the Penthouse Club, at least it is the same location. I arrived with a member, so entrance was free other than a tip for the door girl, and first drink was free .. good start! Later beers were A$12.50, not too bad by Perth standards....

I have been there several times and was never, ever disappointed.
